		<description>I&#039;m with you. Some habits are really hard to break. Ramen noodles without the seasonings are okay with me too. But the noodles still contain MSG. But you can always start over. I was like that too and suddenly I just stop craving for it. 

Doing the challenge doesn&#039;t mean you will convert your blog into a health and nutrition blog. Maybe you can a small portion of that and balance it with lots of vegetables. You are still doing great. Keep it up. :)</description>

I struggle w/ the same thing... I like to post recipes of all kinds (not just healthy &amp; light) so I end up making the bad stuff and just eating very little of it.  Still, when you&#039;re trying to avoid &quot;white&quot; foods, it&#039;s a bit tough to stick w/ that 100% when you run a website!

Good luck- the exercise will keep you motivated!</description>
